Ann Brown

Ann Brown

Staff Accountant

With 20 years of business experience, Ann joined the firm in 2003.

Ann provides bookkeeping services to many of our small business clients, and is highly proficient in QuickBooks and Peachtree. She is extremely adept at providing our clients with a full range of accounting services – A/P, A/R, quarterly and year-end payroll tax forms, bank reconciliations and sales and use tax returns.

Ann’s knowledge of all aspects of small business accounting enables her to address the issues of our clients and understand the impact on all areas of the business. Ann helps clients manage their A/P, collect A/R, make deposits, recommend and pursue areas to reduce expenses, file sales and use tax returns, and process their payroll.

Ann’s wide range of experience allows us to offer our small businesses a full package of services under one umbrella.

Ann also serves as an administrative assistant for Haggerty Management LLC.

Anthony Cambria

Anthony Cambria

Staff Accountant

Anthony graduated from Ramapo College in 2000 with a degree in Business Administration, with a Concentration in Finance. After working for several years at Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney, Tony joined the firm in February 2006.

Tony has extensive experience in investment banking, which enables the firm to offer our clients investment research and analysis products. Tony’s experience has assisted many of our clients in assessing their financial situation, and helped them to understand where they stand and where they’d like to go. Tony is particularly adept at providing clients who have tax or investment questions with an easily understood presentation of the material. Tony’s strength is his analytical approach to our client’s issues.

Tony also provides clients with a full range of accounting services, including bookkeeping, A/R, A/P, and payroll. Tony has exceptional organization skills and has provided many of our clients with an organized foundation to build upon.

Tony is highly proficient in QuickBooks and Peachtree.

Ermine Haggerty

Ermine Haggerty

Bookkeeper/Receptionist

With 20 years of business experience, Ermine joined the firm in 2002 as the office manager and receptionist.

Ermine provides book keeping services to our smaller business clients, processing their A/P, A/R, and reconciling their bank accounts. Ermine also helps to manage the firm’s records, filing system and manages the administrative issues.

Peter Alvarez

Principal

Peter is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.  Peter has 15 years experience in the banking and financial services industry. Peter worked at Bank of New York Mellon for the past 8 years, managing a Mergers & Acquisitions operations staff of 25 individuals responsible for a diverse client base, representing transactions worth over $250 billion.  Prior to this, Peter was with Bankers Trust Co. managing debt products for international corporations and foreign governments.  His leadership skills and management experience will enable the firm to expand the range of services it offers to their client base.  

In 2009, Peter will begin implementing our newest offering, a comprehensive financial planning package to help our individual clients navigate this volatile financial environment.   

Sue

Susana Mlenak

Bookkeeper, A/P

With 23 years of Accounts Payable and general business experience, Sue joined the firm in 2007.

Sue provides accounts payable services to many of our small business clients and is proficient in Quickbooks and Peachtree. She is extremely adept at providing our clients with a full range of accounting services – A/P, A/R and bank reconciliations.

Ermine Haggerty

Elizabeth Cubberly Olsen

Staff Accountant

Elizabeth is a graduate of Susquehanna University with a degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration.  After working for nine years in finance at The CIT Group and nine years as the bookkeeper for Sparwick Contracting, she joined the firm in 2008.    

Elizabeth’s educational and business backgrounds enable her to contribute a wide range of services to our small business clients.  Elizabeth is involved in the preparation of interim financial statements, provides bookkeeping services to our small business clients, assists in the preparation and filing of certain business tax returns, and participates in several analytical projects for the real estate management group.     

She is highly proficient in Quickbooks and Peachtree.
